Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNQS. Please read these terms and the related policies before using the service. If you have questions about the service scope or usage rules, visit the support page for contact options before deciding whether to use the service.

Service Scope

VPNQS provides subscriptions to international routes for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel shows the routes currently available, client access points, and account entitlements.

Subscriptions provide network connectivity and do not include memberships, content licenses, or account benefits from third-party websites. Third-party platforms may change their regional policies and access rules independently; route coverage does not mean all their content will be accessible. Check the rules of the service you intend to use to confirm compatibility.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and related configurations secure. Do not publish them or allow others to use them. If credentials are exposed or you notice an unusual login, change your password promptly and request assistance through a user-panel ticket.

There is no device limit. The service is intended for use by the account holder on devices they own or are authorized to manage. This does not permit sharing accounts with others, reselling subscriptions, or providing public access. Do not distribute the service to third parties by splitting entitlements, publishing subscriptions, or reselling routes.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the plan type and data rules before confirming an order. See the plan pricing page for current prices.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, as well as the usage rules of target websites and apps. Do not use the service for fraud, data theft, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content, or any other unlawful purpose.

Do not conduct malicious scans, attack networks, distribute malware, hijack accounts, or use automated abuse to harm other users or third parties. Users are responsible for their access activity, submitted content, and the legality of any permissions they obtain. The service does not grant licenses to use third-party content.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Network performance depends on factors such as the local connection environment, carrier routing, target platform policies, and device configuration. VPNQS does not guarantee a specific speed, uninterrupted connections, or continued availability of any third-party platform. Maintenance, route adjustments, and external network failures may cause brief interruptions or changes to available routes.

If you encounter an issue, first check your local connection and try another available route in the user panel. If the issue persists, submit a ticket with your device platform and a description of the problem. Remove passwords and complete subscription links before submitting diagnostic information.

Issues caused by device failures, configuration errors, or changes to third-party services should be handled according to their actual cause. Matters involving VPNQS's own responsibility will be handled under applicable law and the specific facts. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot be limited by law. See the Privacy Policy for data processing principles.

Account Suspension and Termination

If an account is resold, a subscription is shared with others, the service is used unlawfully, a malicious attack occurs, or another material breach of these terms takes place, VPNQS may suspend the relevant connections or terminate account services based on the risk. If credentials may have been exposed, VPNQS may also apply necessary restrictions to limit further harm.

Users may request a review and provide additional information through a user-panel ticket. VPNQS will address disputes based on verifiable information. Account measures do not replace any determination of liability required by applicable law, nor do they automatically waive rights users may have under the law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

If service adjustments or legal requirements make changes necessary, VPNQS will update the text on this page and the last-updated month. Material changes affecting users' main rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Where separate consent is required by law, the applicable requirements will be followed.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for the application and processing rules.
