Privacy Policy
This policy covers the handling of personal information on the VPNQS marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. Account management, order fulfilment, and website traffic statistics serve different purposes and should not be confused with browsing activity on international routes. Please review the information below before using these features.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is optional, and this service does not make providing one a condition of account creation. Account identifiers and authentication details are used to verify sign-ins, manage subscription benefits, and handle account requests. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.
Order processing involves the selected plan, order status, payment result, and related transaction identifiers. These details are used to verify payments, deliver benefits, look up orders, and handle refunds. Data usage and reset status are used to calculate remaining plan allowances, not to reconstruct browsing activity. Text and attachments submitted through support tickets are used to resolve the relevant issue. Do not upload passwords, full payment credentials, or subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNQS does not keep logs of the websites users visit, the content they view, or their communications, nor does it retain connection histories that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Connection logs are not kept as account usage histories, and no historical record links browsing destinations to accounts.
Account status, data usage measurements, and order records needed to deliver the service are not browsing logs. They are used only to verify benefits, handle billing, and provide support. When troubleshooting connection issues, support staff may ask for error details, the selected route, and client environment. Cover personal and authentication details before submitting; troubleshooting materials should not include browsing history.
Traffic Statistics and Browser Storage
Website traffic statistics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature clicks so we can improve content and workflows. These statistics are not browsing records from subscription routes. Do not include passwords or subscription credentials in page addresses or referral information.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary session state and save language preferences and interface choices. The user panel stores login credentials locally so subsequent requests can identify the account. You can clear this data by signing out and changing your browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again, and preferences may return to their defaults. Some panel features may not work properly if your browser restricts storage.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
Supported payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or payment network, whose own policies describe how information is processed. VPNQS uses transaction identifiers and payment confirmations needed to verify orders and provide benefits. Users are not asked to give support staff their payment account passwords.
When resolving payment issues, submit only the information needed to verify the order. Public transaction records on payment networks such as USDT may remain available over time, and deleting an account cannot remove records from those networks. Account information is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the service, with user authorization, or to meet legal obligations.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and payment verification records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil transactions, handle refund disputes, and meet applicable retention obligations. Support tickets and troubleshooting materials are kept only while resolving an issue and for any necessary follow-up checks. No single fixed retention period applies to all information; when the purpose has been fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention, information should be deleted or de-identified.
Sign in to the user panel and use Support Tickets to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. Account ownership must be verified before a request is handled. Deletion may affect subscription management and order lookups. Records that must be retained by law or to handle an outstanding transaction cannot be deleted with an account request; the response should explain what information must remain and why.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the update month at the top will be revised. Important changes to the scope of collection, purposes, or user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Where separate authorization is required, publishing a new version does not replace that authorization.
If you have questions about data use, retention, or deletion, visit the Support page to find the appropriate contact option. When submitting a request, describe the feature involved and the action you are seeking, and provide only the information needed to verify and resolve the request.
