VPNQS Quick Start

Create an account, get your subscription, and import it into a client. This page covers only the steps needed for your first connection. If you’ve already completed a step, use the links below to pick up where you left off.

Create an account and save your login details

Select “Start Free” to open the VPNQS user panel, then set a username and password on the account creation page. No email address is required; you only need a username and password. Choose a username you can remember that doesn’t reveal personal information. Don’t reuse passwords from other websites, and store yours in a trusted password manager.

After submitting the form, make sure you’ve reached the user panel and aren’t still on the login page. If the username is unavailable, follow the prompt and try another one. If your login details don’t match, check your keyboard settings, letter case, and any spaces before trying again. Don’t create more accounts until you’ve confirmed your account status. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the page header.

Once you’re in the panel, take a moment to locate Account Overview, plans, and client downloads. Creating an account and activating a plan are separate steps; reaching the panel doesn’t mean you have data available. The “Start Free” link doesn’t mean every plan is free. Check prices, data allowances, and order status on the plans page before continuing to get your subscription.

Choose a plan and check your order status

Open the plans page in the panel and decide between a monthly plan and a data package. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Consider your typical browsing, file transfers, and video streaming needs. There’s no need to choose a higher tier just for more devices: VPNQS supports unlimited devices.

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. If pay-as-you-go data suits you better, choose a package: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Packages don’t expire and remain available until used. Compare all options on the plans and pricing page, then continue to checkout once you’ve confirmed the billing method.

After choosing a plan, check the order name, price, and data allowance, then pay using one of the methods offered in the panel. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Follow the order page for payment instructions and status. If you’ve paid but the panel hasn’t updated, check your order list first. Don’t assume payment succeeded just because you closed the payment page, and don’t pay again right away.

Once the order is complete, return to Account Overview and check that your plan is active and your available data is shown. VPNQS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy for how to request a refund. If your order status is unclear, keep the order details and contact support through the support page. Continue to subscription setup once your plan is active.

Choose this plan

Get your subscription and prepare to import it

Open Account Overview in the user panel and make sure you’re signed in to the account used for your completed order. Then find the subscription or client import option. Your subscription lets the client load server configurations; it’s different from the address used to sign in to the panel. Don’t copy the panel URL from your browser or paste the order page URL into the client’s subscription field.

If the panel offers a quick import option for your installed client, use it first. Your browser may ask whether to open an external app. Check the app name before allowing it to open, then confirm the configuration in the client. If nothing happens, you may need to install the client first or copy the subscription and import it manually. There’s no need to click the same option repeatedly.

For a manual import, use the panel’s copy function to get the complete subscription link. In the client, open “Configuration” or “Subscription,” choose the option to add from a link, paste the link, and confirm. Don’t add quotation marks, extra text, or line breaks, and don’t split the link into parts. After importing, you should see a configuration name and server list. If you see only an empty configuration, check whether the update completed.

Treat your subscription link as private account information. Don’t post it in public forums, include it in screenshots, or paste it into a support request. If you need help, share the error message and platform you’re using, not the full subscription link. The sections below cover each platform. For help with subscription formats, failed updates, or overwritten configurations, visit the Help Center; this page continues with the first-connection steps.

Open Account Overview

Get a client for your platform and import your subscription

We recommend using the client provided in the panel. If you already have a subscription-based client, first check that the panel offers a compatible import option. Sign in to get clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. Get your subscription from the signed-in panel. Check the panel for iOS availability requirements.

Get the client

Windows: Add your subscription from the configuration page

In the panel’s download section, choose Windows to get the VPNQS client, then install it by following the prompts. On first launch, look for “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or a similar option. If the panel offers a compatible Clash Plus import option and you already have the corresponding client installed, you can also start the import from the panel. The installation is complete when the app opens to its main screen.

To add a subscription manually, choose import from link, paste the link you copied, and save. Wait for the configuration to load, then select it and check the server page for a list of regions. If the client has a system proxy switch, enable it according to the client’s instructions. Before granting system permissions, make sure the prompt comes from the client you’re using. Don’t run other proxy apps at the same time, as they can override each other’s system proxy settings.

macOS: Import your subscription and check network permissions

Choose the macOS client in the panel, follow the installation instructions to place the app where you want it, and launch it. In a client that supports subscription imports, look for “Add from URL” or a subscription option in configuration management. You can also select a compatible import option in the panel to open the app from your browser. After importing, confirm the configuration has downloaded, rather than just saving the link name.

The first connection may require system permission to configure the network or install a related component. Follow the client’s instructions, check the app name in System Settings, and grant the necessary permissions. Then return to the client and connect. Don’t disable system security features to get past a prompt. If the client still won’t start after permissions are granted, note the system message and see the Mac installation and permissions guide for help, then return here to verify your connection.

Android: Add a configuration and allow the connection request

Sign in to the panel on your Android device and get the VPNQS client from the download section. Install and open it, then go to the configuration or subscription page and import the link provided by the panel. You can also return to the browser and use the panel’s quick import option for your client. When prompted to choose an app, select the client you just installed.

Once the subscription loads, enable the configuration, choose a server, and turn on the connection. Android displays a system confirmation for VPN connection requests. Review the app name and request before allowing it, then return to the client to check the status. If the connection drops immediately, check whether another VPN app is running. Follow your device’s instructions for background activity settings; you don’t need to change every battery option right away.

iOS: Get the client through the panel and add a VPN configuration

Sign in to the panel on your iPhone or iPad and check the iOS download option. Access to the iOS client requires a purchased plan that hasn’t expired; availability depends on the current status shown in the panel. If the panel prompts you about your plan, check your account and plan status. Don’t look for installation links from unknown sources or try to use an installer for another platform as an iOS client.

Follow the panel’s instructions to get a client that supports your subscription type. Start the import from the panel, or add the link manually in the app’s subscription manager. Once the configuration and server list appear, connect. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, check the app name and follow the prompt to grant permission. When the app shows that you’re connected, open your target website to verify access. For more detailed instructions, see the iPhone VPN setup guide.

Choose a server and check that the connection works

After importing, make sure the active configuration is the one you just added for VPNQS, then open the server list and choose a region. For your first connection, start with a region that suits the service you want to use. There’s no need to change the server, connection mode, and system settings all at once. Keep the client’s recommended defaults, connect, and wait for the status to change from disconnected to connected before testing access.

A successful connection in the client only confirms that a connection was established; it doesn’t confirm that a particular website works. Open a website you can normally access to check your local network, then try the international website or app you want to use. If your browser works but an app doesn’t, fully quit and reopen the app, then check whether it has its own proxy settings or regional requirements. Access to a service’s features depends on its account eligibility and content policies, not just your connection status.

If none of your target sites open, check these in order: whether your plan is active, whether data is available, whether the subscription updated successfully, and whether the right configuration is enabled. Then try another server and reconnect, and make sure other proxy or VPN apps are closed. Change one thing at a time so you can tell what fixed the issue. Reinstalling the client, creating another account, or changing several settings at once can make the problem harder to diagnose.

Once connected, note which configuration and region work so you have a reference if problems arise later. Monthly plan users can check their billing cycle and data status in Account Overview. To change plans, go to the plans page. To set up another device, sign in to the panel and get your subscription again; don’t share your private link publicly. VPNQS supports unlimited devices, but check your account’s actual usage records to see how data is being used across them.

If you need more help troubleshooting, tell support which platform and client you’re using, where the connection failed, and what error message you see. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account details before sharing screenshots. For common questions about connections, speed, and billing, visit the Help Center.
